  • EBENEZER NIGHT MARKETS

    I understand that set up is from 4.30pm on the afternoon of the event with trading commencing at 5.30pm. Pack-down needs to be complete by 11.30pm. I understand that I need to bring my own stock, tables, chairs, racks, etc for the evening and take full responsibility for the setup.

    I understand the nightly site fee is $70 (inc GST). This site fee provides access to a pre-determined 3.0 x 3.0 (approx.) unpowered site space. I understand there is no access to power in Ebenezer Place and agree to be self sufficient with requirements needed for my stall.

    I understand that market registration attracts a seasonal $80 (inc GST) NON REFUNDABLE registration/administration fee in addition to the weekly site fee.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The $80 registration/administration fee is a one-off seasonal fee which goes towards underwriting the costs of conducting the market. This fee is payable each season by all stall holders regardless of whether they are requesting 1 market date or all 10.

    The site fee/s ($70 per night) are paid IN-ADVANCE of the market season commencing. This is done to encourage stall-holders to commit to requested dates. Cancellations made with less than 7 days prior notice forfeit the pre-paid $70 site fee.

    CHRISTMAS MARKETS

    For the Victoria Square Christmas Market I understand that set up is from 2.00pm on the afternoon of the event with trading commencing at 3.30pm and ending at 930pm. Pack-down needs to be complete by 10.30pm. I understand that I need to bring my own stock, tables, chairs, racks, etc for the evening and take full responsibility for the setup.

    For the 88 O’Connell Street Christmas Market I understand that set up is from 11.30am on the afternoon of the event with trading commencing at 1.00pm and ending at 9pm. Pack-down needs to be complete by 10pm. I understand that I need to bring my own stock, tables, chairs, racks, etc for the evening and take full responsibility for the setup.

    I understand the nightly site fee is $70 IN ADVANCE of the market. This site fee provides access to a pre-determined 3.0 x 3.0 (approx.) unpowered site space. I understand there is no access to power, with the exception of food stalls that are cooking (which incurs a $25 fee) and agree to be self-sufficient with requirements needed for my stall. Cancellations made with less than 7 days prior notice forfeit the pre-paid $70 site fee and $25 power fee.

  • I accept that the position of my site within the market is at the absolute discretion of market organisers and their decision is final. I acknowledge that submission of this application DOES NOT automatically guarantee my dates requested above and that dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • I agree to abide by the terms within the Ebenezer Night Market and Christmas Market Operating Procedures. Market organisers will confirm all stall applications via email once payment has been fully received.
