    I understand that set up is from 4.30pm on the afternoon of the event with trading commencing at 5.30pm. Pack-down needs to be complete by 11.30pm. I understand that I need to bring my own stock, tables, chairs, racks, etc for the evening and take full responsibility for the setup.

    I understand the nightly site fee is $95 (plus GST). This site fee provides access to a pre- determined 3.0 x 3.0 (approx.) unpowered site space. I agree to be self sufficient with requirements needed for my stall.

    I understand that market registration attracts a seasonal $110 (plus GST) NON REFUNDABLE registration/administration fee in addition to the weekly site fee.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The $110 (plus GST) registration/administration fee is a one-off seasonal fee which goes towards underwriting the costs of conducting the market. This fee is payable each season by all stall holders regardless of whether they are requesting 1 market date or all 10.

    The site fee/s ($95 plus GST per night) are paid IN-ADVANCE of the market season commencing. This is done to encourage stall-holders to commit to requested dates. Cancellations made with less than 7 days prior notice forfeit the pre-paid $95 site fee.

  • * Requested dates are NOT CONFIRMED until the fees have been paid AND a current copy of stall-holder public liability insurance is received by market organisers. *
  • I accept that the position of my site within the market is at the absolute discretion of market organisers and their decision is final. I acknowledge that submission of this application DOES NOT automatically guarantee my dates requested above and that dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If dates reach capacity whilst still accepting bookings these will be "wait-listed" and if a space becomes available you will be contacted by event organisers. I agree to abide by the terms within the Ebenezer Night Market Operating Procedures. Market organisers will confirm all stall applications via email once payment and copy of current public liability certificate of currency have been fully received.
