ForMile Events has for the last three years assisted the SA Road Runners Club (SARRC) conduct the traffic management and logistic aspects of their key events including their flagship and oldest running event,  the Adelaide Marathon Festival, where a 21 kilometre loop is created in the middle of the Adelaide Central Business District.

ForMile Events has also managed traffic logistics for other running events including the Barossa Marathon, McLaren Vale Half Marathon, Murray Bridge Marathon, Australian National Cross Country Championships, the Green Belt Challenge, Fitzys Five and the Yurrebilla Ultra Marathon
